Diesel Engines
Re-Sol works with a variety of diesel powertrain testing applications and industries. We service the On-Highway or Commercial Trucking and Military Vehicle industries . We also work with Off Highway including Marine, Locomotive, Power Generation, Specialty Vehicle, Recreational, and small Lawn/Garden industries. Some of the engine technologies we work with are traditional Injection Pump, Common Rail, Bio-Diesel, Variable Injection and Single Cylinder Engines.
Gasoline Engines
Re-Sol has extensive experience in the gasoline engine testing industry. Typical applications for gasoline are Single Cylinder Engines, Direct Injection, Returnless Engines, Ethanol, and Electric Hybrid engines. We also work with the Off-Road Mobile industries, including, snowmobiles, ATV's, personnel watercraft, motorcycles, and lawn/garden machinery.
Alternative Fuels and Fluids
Re-Sol is leading the way in testing with alternative fuels and fluids. Our expertise includes military fuels, oil, and transmission fluids. Fuels include, Biodiesel, Ethanol Blends, JP8, and E85. Our flexibility allows us to investigate all types of fuel and fluids for flow measurement testing.
Powertrain Components
Re-Sol is being asked to provide precision fuel measurement systems to a growing number of engine and powertrain component manufacturers. These systems are being introduced into the manufacturing process as quality control and functional testing. We are working with fuel injector testing, diesel test benches, fuel pump testing, transmissions and fuel tanks. We expect the list of components tested to increase as manufacturers are obligated to meet stricter quality control and government regulation requirements.
